How bn88 Thinks About Your Data

Many people have a natural concern when using online platforms — where is my name, phone number, and transaction data actually going? It's a fair and reasonable question. bn88 respects that concern and believes transparency is the best answer.

Does Collecting Data Mean Misusing It?

Not at all. Every digital service requires some data — not just bn88, but your mobile banking app and email service collect it too. What matters is what's done with that data. bn88's policy is clear: information is used only for the purpose it was collected. Selling it to advertising companies or sharing it with other platforms is simply not part of how bn88 operates.

Bn88 is built for people in Bangladesh, and this privacy policy was shaped with a genuine understanding of the local legal and social context. We know Bangladeshis are cautious about sharing identity documents — and that's completely understandable. That's why KYC verification is only requested when truly necessary, such as for large withdrawals or to confirm account security.

Your Role in Keeping Your Account Secure

Bn88 does everything it can — but a large part of keeping your account secure is in your own hands. A few simple habits can make a significant difference:

  • Never share your password with anyone — bn88 support will never ask for it.
  • Do not click links in suspicious emails or SMS messages — go directly to bn88.express by typing it into your browser.
  • Avoid logging into your account over public Wi-Fi.
  • Keep two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled — it's a simple but effective extra layer of security.
  • If you notice any unrecognised transactions on your account, contact support immediately.

How will you be notified when the Privacy Policy changes?

Whenever bn88 updates this Privacy Policy, the "Last Updated" date at the top of the page will change. For significant changes, you will be notified via your registered mobile number or email. Minor updates may only reflect on the page itself. It's a good habit to check back here from time to time.

Our greatest responsibility is honouring the trust of those who have chosen to join bn88. Privacy is not just a legal document — it is an expression of mutual respect between bn88 and its users.
